Through the materials that is given by the Dean. I understand that we all always lived in different spaces and architects. For mental space, our eyes transmit to our brains poor things, but our brains transform it become colorful and 3d vision. In immersivity, AR= VR+R. Its all about Augmented Reality is Virtual reality + Reality. “VR is a technology. Medium and concept. It is not three different things, but three different aspects of same idea, the ability to control and create experience. At present, the term virtual reality refers to seven different ideas and technologies: simulation, interaction , artificiality, immersion , telepresence, full body immersion and networked communication” by Jenny Holzer. I totally agree about that. When I choose VR as my major, I still don’t know more about VR. I always ask myself what is VR. I search online about what is VR. But I still not really understand about it .After years I studying my major( VR) I start to understand about what is VR. VR actually is very important for all of us. Even in medical, military also need VR. From the movie of Avatar, we can see the effect of virtual reality. In virtual reality, we can do many things that we can’t do in real life or we can do crazy things in VR world. For example ,second life. Our avatar inside the second life can do many things like flying walk inside the water.

Avatar
This is the most fantastic movie that I watched before. The graphics, character design, environment also very nice. It’s even better than those high graphic games. I personally love this movie very much. I even watched the movie at cinema for 3 times. All the technology that James Cameron used is so awesome. I know he have this idea since ten years ago but because of the technology, he can’t make it. Now, the technology is enough for him to do whatever he wants. The reason why I watched Avatar for so many times is because I love the world of Pandora and the story very much. I hope there is a Pandora world in our real life. That place full with many weird or I should said funny flora and fauna. Pandora is like a paradise. The environment of Pandora is so awesome, with those colorful plants. The effect that James Cameron and his group use on the plants is very special. When the people walk on it, light will come out or the plants will glow at night. It’s so sad when I know that Pandora not suitable for human being to live because of the air. It is so nice if people can live inside the Pandora. Between, 3d vision Avatar and 2d vision Avatar is very different, not 2D Avatar is not nice. But 3D vision Avatar is more advance. With the glasses, we can see the 3D view of the environment of the Avatar. I got shocked when I see the 3D effect of the Avatar. It totally can see the depth between object. This can let us feel different experience. 3D avatar also let me feel that I am inside the world of Avatar. I don’t know I should use what word to describe Avatar. I think I will use awesome to describe all of the technology and graphic of the Avatar.
Disney
Disney is a very special place for me. I went there few years ago and it’s during my birthday. Disney is a very wonderful place. Disney design and view also perfect for me. From what I saw, everything in Disney also well design even thought dustbin or sign board. The Disney that I went before was Hong Kong Disneyland. Even the Hong Kong Disney was the smallest Disney, but it’s still very good. From the video that our Dean show us, I knew that to build up a Disney, have to plan nicely and must have enough money. Inside Disney, I can feel that everything also very high technology and well- designed. I hope I can visit to Disney once again because Disney is really different with other playgrounds. This is the reason why so many people go to Disney. What got great experience at Disney. Disney gave me different experience. I so excited when I playing and walking around in the Disney. I found many things that I never seen before, and also many things that I didn’t play before. I know I can’t get those kind of experience at others playground like Sunway Lagoon, Afamosa and etc. The technology and the design is not same with others playground too. I hope Malaysia will have a Disney too. I know it’s impossible, but just hope it will happen one day.
